Math Standards Resource Guides K-8 – Updated

Many of you are familiar with MISIC’s Math Resource Guides and Quick Guides. If you are not, these documents provide excellent details and resources for the math standards. There are documents available for each grade level K-8. We are excited to announce that the quick guides and resource guides have been updated to align with the 2024 Iowa Math Standards.

As a MISIC Member, you can view and access all of the bookmarks on the By Subject page of the MISIC Website (click on Math tab) and scroll down to Math Standards Quick Guides and Resource Guides – Updated December 2024. We are still working to update the High School Math Flipbook to align to the updated standards. We will send out another message when it is updated.

The guides are also posted on the New Resources page of the website (click on the Standards Updates tab).

Register for the MISIC Website:

• Use your school email address
• After you register you will receive an email letting you know that your registration is PENDING. DO NOT attempt to login until you receive the second email.
• Once a MISIC team member verifies that you are a member you will receive another email letting you know you are APPROVED.
• After you login, you can point to your Username in the top right corner of the site and click on “Edit My Profile” to change your password or edit other profile information.
