SBAC Becomes New State Test Effective July 1, 2017
Last Friday, Governor Branstad signed Senate File 2323, which makes SBAC the new state test beginning July 1, 2017. He let stand the amendment that pushed the starting date back a year and vetoed the amendment that sent it back
