MISIC team member, Barb Kruthoff, recently shared about an exciting book study that she has developed for district and building leaders that can be taken for license renewal credit. This book study focuses on educational leadership in a time of change. With the stress of the global pandemic and the political discord our country is experiencing, school leaders can effectively manage change with support and resources. School administrators and teacher leaders can learn the key dimensions of leadership that are crucial in accomplishing school goals, even in the most difficult conditions.
