MISIC has three ways to support the professional learning of your faculty and staff. All of our resources are adaptable to meet any school or district needs based upon your learning goals, scheduling, and the time you have.

  1.  Create a District Course for License Renewal Credit – Create your own district or school course with our very user-friendly course template. This template includes all you need to clearly communicate the learning plan, as well as to meet the requirements for a licensure renewal credit course. Samples are available upon request. MISIC is an approved provider of license renewal credit. Participants can earn credit for $35/credit.
  2. Create a Book Study for License Renewal Credit – Use our book study samples to design a study to deepen staff’s understanding of a topic particular to your school. You can access all you need to know about book studies in this LiveBinder. Samples include SEL titles, as well as how to conduct the book study in a remote learning environment. Book studies can be created on the course template for licensure renewal credit.
  3. MISIC’s Micro-Credentials – Tap into our extensive micro-credential catalog to select micro-credentials specific to your needs. MISIC’s micro-credentials focus on practical, job-embedded teaching skills that will impact student success. School leaders may identify particular micro-credentials of high value for their building. Micro-credentials can also be used by learning teams or as an individual. You can complete a bundle of micro-credentials to earn licensure renewal credit for $80/credit.
