DESCRIPTION:NEW for 2018-19!!!  Administrator and Teacher Licensure Renewal Credit is available for attending a combination of meetings\, conferences and workshops. \nIowa Social Studies Standards\nCourtyard by Marriott\, Ankeny\nThe workshops will focus on Social Studies vocabulary\, writing to learn\, instructional strategies for an inquiry-based lesson and strategies for ensuring success for every learner.  Participants will build on their understanding of the inquiry process\, compelling essential questions\, standards\, text complexity and text sets to develop their units. \n**The workshops will each have new content that build on previous workshops.
