The author’s philosophy is that you can coach in 10 minutes or less, so he explains how to use these 7 essential and simple questions in casual and coaching interactions.
This approach may seem far from the idea of intensive coaching cycles, but it can be a game changer for coaches! Using these questions can help you build relationships, coach every day, and open the door to more coaching cycles!
