MISIC Annual Meeting
The MISIC Board decided to use the funds from the MISIC Annual Meeting to fund more projects that will benefit all MISIC Members. We will be sending out an electronic ballot in early August for members to vote for MISIC Board and Steering Committee Members.

MISIC Board and Steering Committees
We have several board and steering committee positions that will be up for election in August. If you are interested in serving in any of these roles please email Jamie and we will get your name on the ballot. Board and Steering Committee positions are open to employees of MISIC Member school districts.
Board Positions Open for Election in August
- Region 3 (Prairie Lakes & Northwest AEAs) – 2 year term
- Region 4 (Grant Wood, Mississippi Bend & Great Prairie AEAs) – 3 year term
- Region 5 (Green Hills AEA) – 3 year term
The MISIC Board typically meets three times per year at the MISIC Office in Jewell.
Steering Committee Positions Open for Election in August
Region 1 (Heartland AEA)
- 1 position – 3 year term
Region 2 (Keystone & Central Rivers AEAs)
- 1 position – 3 year term
Region 3 (Prairie Lakes & Northwest AEAs)
- 2 positions – 3 year terms
Region 4 (Grant Wood, Mississippi Bend & Great Prairie AEAs)
- 2 positions – 3 year terms
- 1 position – 1 year term
Region 5 (Green Hills AEA)
- 2 positions – 3 year terms
The MISIC Steering Committees typically meet during lunch after the regional meetings.
