ESSA Transition

Now that the Every Student Succeeds Act has been signed, the transition will take place over the next 1.5 years. The attached federal letter to states begins to show us that there will be a transition versus an abrupt end to NCLB. Some of the transition is warranted by the very fact that there will be a new Secretary of Education and President in January 2017.
